Texy Pride manufactures and ships every style in our catalog. Whether you're a boutique building a reorder program, a team outfitting a group, or an individual placing a bulk order, here's exactly how quoting, minimums, pricing, and payment work.
How it works
1. Request a quote
Use the inquiry form below with the styles, colorways, and quantities you're interested in. There's no account to open and no business verification required — businesses and individuals ordering in bulk are both welcome.
2. Review pricing & samples
Our team replies with pricing based on your order volume, typically within 1–2 business days, and can arrange pre-production or yardage samples if you'd like to see the product first.
3. Pay to confirm
Orders are confirmed once payment clears in full — we don't offer Net terms or invoice-then-pay arrangements. Accepted payment methods are confirmed on your quote.
4. We fulfill your order
In-stock styles are picked and packed right away; styles that need a production run are cut and sewn in our own facility. Your rep will confirm the lead time either way.
Understanding MOQs & pack ratios
Every style ships by the case in a fixed pack ratio — a preset mix of sizes designed to match how that style typically sells through. This keeps per-unit costs down without leaving you overstocked in sizes that move slowly. A typical adult-core pack looks like this:

Pack ratios vary by garment type and category — you'll find the exact ratio listed on every product page. Ordering multiple packs of the same style is common; splitting a single pack across sizes is not, since packs ship pre-boxed from our facility.
Pricing by volume
Pricing is not published publicly and scales with order volume. Here's the general structure — your rep will confirm exact per-unit pricing for the styles you're interested in when you request a quote.
Starter
1–5 cases per order
Standard pricing — ideal for a first order, a small team or event, or a boutique testing new styles.
Growth
6–20 cases per order
Reduced per-unit pricing at this volume, plus priority access to limited-run and new-arrival styles.
Program
20+ cases or recurring programs
Custom pricing for standing reorder programs, private-label runs, and multi-location retailers. Ask your rep about a program agreement.
Payment
We don't offer Net terms, trade credit, or pay-on-invoice arrangements — orders are picked, packed, or entered into production only once payment has cleared in full. Accepted payment methods (typically credit/debit card or bank transfer) are confirmed on your quote, and all quotes and invoices are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is collected securely through a third-party processor such as Stripe or Wise — Texy Pride does not store or directly process your card details.
Sample orders
Pre-production samples and cut yardage swatches are available for most core styles. Sample lead time is typically 5–10 business days from request. Sample fees are credited toward your first case order of that style, placed within 60 days.
