Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms differ depending on the type of order placed. Please review the section that applies to your order below.

Standard in-stock catalog orders

In-stock catalog orders may be cancelled at no charge any time before the order has been picked and packed for shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment (generally within 1–2 business days of confirmation), it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for a return once received — see our Returns Policy.

Pre-order styles

Pre-order styles listed as "Pre-Order" on the product page may be cancelled at no charge up to 7 calendar days before the estimated ship window communicated at the time of order. Pre-orders cancelled within 7 days of the estimated ship window, or after production has started on that style at our facility in Sri Lanka, are subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover committed production costs. Estimated ship windows are our best projection based on our production schedule and are not guaranteed dates; if we miss a communicated ship window by more than 30 days, you may cancel that line item at no charge regardless of the timing rules above.

Custom & private-label orders

Custom and private-label orders (see our Custom Orders program) follow a staged cancellation policy tied to production milestones:

• Before sample approval: cancel at no charge, or for the cost of any sampling work already completed if a deposit was collected.
• After sample approval, before bulk production starts: cancellation forfeits the deposit (typically 30–50% of order value, as specified in your quote), which covers fabric and trim already committed on your behalf.
• After bulk production has started: custom orders cannot be cancelled once cutting or sewing has begun, as materials and labor are fully committed at that point. You will be invoiced for the full order.

Email info@texypride.com with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible. We'll confirm in writing whether the order qualifies for a full or partial cancellation under the terms above and process any applicable refund per our Refund Policy.
